Crochet Tutorial Easy Man Scarf

If you’re looking for an easy crochet pattern for the yours man, then this pattern is a quick, easy and is a simple scarf to crochet. Great project for beginner!

You will need:

Hook 3.5
Acrylic Anti Pilling Yarn (3.5oz/185yd)

hdc – half double crochet

Crochet a long starting chain of 285 chain stitches.

R1. Work a half double crochet stitch (hdc) in the third chain from your hook.

Continue working stitches all the way across your starting chain. Work one hdc stitch into each chain stitch until you reach the end.

Next, crochet two chain stitch at the end of the row to use as a turning chain.

R2. When you look at the top of the row of single crochet stitches you made, you’ll see that each stitch has two loops at the top. Now you must crochet only in the back loop! Continue working one hdc into each stitch, all the way across the row.

Repeat R2 until your scarf is the desired width.
