Crochet Pattern Butterfly

Here is a really cute crochet butterfly pattern that is so quick and easy to do.

This little fat and happy butterfly is a great way to use up your yarn scraps. Mix up the colors, yarns and decorations and have fun!

Supplies:

Yarn of any colors
Hook crochet 3.00 mm
Darning needle
Polyester fiberfill
Pipe cleaner
Googly eyes

Inc – increase, dec – decrease, sc – single crochet

Head and body

5. [3 sc, inc] around (30)
6-10. [sc] around (30)
11. [4 sc, inc] around (36)

13. [6 sc, inc] around (48)
14-15. [sc] around (48)
16. [6 sc, dec] around (42)
17. [5 sc, dec] around (36)
18. [4 sc, dec] around (30)
19. [3 sc, dec] around (24)
20. [2 sc, dec] around (18)
21. [sc, dec] around (12) Stuff  the body
22. [dec] around (6) Weave in the end to close the hole.

Sew wings to the body, cut the pipe cleaner and attach for antennas, glue the eyes.
